Firma AI Wellness is an AI-powered general wellness coaching application addressing stress, sleep and daily habits. It is intended for general wellness support, not clinical treatment.
The app does not provide therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or medical advice, and does not diagnose or treat any mental health or medical condition. It is not designed or equipped to respond to a mental health emergency. If you are in crisis or thinking about suicide, contact a crisis line in your country immediately (in the US, call or text 988) or go to your nearest emergency room. If you are working with a therapist or physician, this app is meant to complement, not replace, that care.
You must be 18 or older to create an account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) via Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or unhelpful in a given moment and are not a substitute for professional care. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms; the date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email.
