If you subscribe to Firma+ (monthly or annual) and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial charge — no reason required. This guarantee applies once per customer to a first subscription.
Outside the 14-day window, subscription charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future billing. Cancelling does not refund the current period; you retain access through its end.
Email support@firmaaiwellness.com with the email address on your account and your approximate purchase date. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Starter is free and has no charges to refund. This policy applies only to paid Firma+ subscriptions.
If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us first — we can typically resolve it faster than a bank dispute, and directly through Stripe.
