Account information: name, email address, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
Coaching data: the content of your conversations with the AI coach, mood and sleep check-ins, and any goals or notes you add.
Billing information: collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Usage data: device type, app interactions, and diagnostic logs, used to fix bugs and improve the product.
Your conversations and check-ins can reveal information about your mental and emotional state. We treat this category with additional care: it is used solely to provide the coaching features you use, it is never sold, and it is never used to build advertising profiles about you. We do not share your conversation content with employers, insurers, or any third party without your explicit request.
Your conversations are processed by AI systems (our own and, where used, third-party AI providers under contract) to generate coaching responses. These providers are contractually restricted from using your data to train their own general models, and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the app — payment processing, cloud hosting, AI processing, customer support tooling — and only as needed for them to perform those services, or where required by law. We do not sell data to advertisers or data brokers.
We retain your account and conversation data for as long as your account is active. You can export your data or permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from account settings, or by emailing support@firmaaiwellness.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain billing records.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing, including rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA where applicable. Contact us to exercise these rights.
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and industry-standard safeguards. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
Firma AI Wellness is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We will update the date above when this policy changes, and will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
